17. On Baby Dragons and other irrelevant daily life shenanigans [Video/Action for Goldenrod]

[Well, this is a face that you haven't seen in a while. Of course as usual, everything looks really nice and pretty in Lion's room... It's worth pointing out that there is a very carefully arranged line of varied pokémon eggs, each covered in a blanket, sitting on the bed.

But that's probably what this is all about.]

Good afternoon! Hopefully everyone has been doing well, I apologize for being so out of touch lately, but the final preparations for the opening of the tea house and a few other things have been keeping me quite busy.

[There is a sigh, and a bit of a chuckle as Lion motions at the pokémon eggs.] Unfortunately, I'd say that far too busy.

These are too many children for me to actually give each the attention they deserve, so I'd be most glad if someone could help me by taking some of them, so they can grow with the proper care. The only thing I request is that we please keep in contact so the children can meet their parents if we happen to be in the same city.

There are two Dratini, two Feebas, two Gible, three Swablu and one Bagon egg. They do have quite a few skills passed down from their parents, and their parents are well behaved and hard working pokémon.

Please just let me know if you are interested.

I just arrived here yesterday, and someone told me that pokemon hatch from eggs. But this is the first time I've seen them.

Of course, I don't mind it.

[And Lion will be picking up the pokégear and moving it closer to show the different eggs.]

They are still new, so they aren't moving yet, but at a certain time they start wiggling as the pokémon grow and decide to hatch. They are really warm too.

There is quite a bit to see in regards to breeding pokémon, if you find this interesting, then I'm sure you will find there is plenty more to be amazed of.

It does take a little time to learn enough, but it's not too difficult. Have you gone over the manuals already?

A little bit. I think it will take a while to understand all of it.

But it makes it all very confusing! When I first got here I thought that it might be that world. But this place is really different in a lot of ways.

That's true too... Can you tell me a bit about what kind of place that world was?

It was a world where everything was made out of data. When I went there, even I became data.

That sounds really complicated... But there probably was quite a bit to see, am I correct?

And a lot to get done. We went there to rescue one of our friends, but then everything got really complicated.
