[For all who are out today, Lion is currently sitting in a bench in front of the library in Violet, book in hand, enjoying the fact that the weather is not going mad on us right now.

The pokeshow includes another book identical to the one Lion has (oh, Ditto), a Dragonair with a long blue ribbon who is currently taking most of the bench, and a Riolu who is very very seriously dealing with the packaging of a lollipop.]

Hello everyone. There has been a huge number of people showing the newest additions to their teams, so I thought I could do likewise.

Over there, discovering candy is Alyssa. She hatched last night, and woke everyone up. [Chuckles...] She's a lovely girl, and a quick learner, even if a little too curious. My team has grown quite a bit, so I will have to reorganize the training sessions...

[Meanwhile, Alyssa managed to open her lollipop. Have you ever seen happiness? This Riolu's face is the purest definition of it.]

This weather is perfect to read outside, isn't it?

I'm really enjoying my time in Violet. The library is a great place to spend time, and there appears to be many more books to read than expected. I would recommend it to anyone who has a bit of free time, as there are enough books to cater to all tastes.

Hopefully everyone is enjoying the good weather as we are.

It was very active... The swarm started when we were halfway, but fortunately all the training paid off.

A-Ah, yes, the bug swarm... Violet City had quite a few troubles with those too.

Luckily we managed to arrive safely. But it was quite a crazy trip.

I can only imagine how bad it would be on the road if it was bad enough in a city...

Fortunately it's over. Hopefully no more things like that will happen again, those pokémon must have suffered so much...

It appears it wasn't... There was also a suspicious transmission by a man shortly before the attack.

Transmissions? Do you mean by radio waves? Or other from our Pokegears? I cannot imagine hacking into all of our Pokegears at once would be even possible, even for a high-ranked hacker.

I meant just a normal video one... But still, he pretty much said he was behind everything.

The mastermind revealing himself is a bit risky, isn't it...?

But it wouldn't surprise me that much either...

Was he the type of person to do that? That's rather bold...

I hadn't heard of him before that... But even if he had had nothing to do with the invasion, he was at least brave enough to claim responsibility for it.

That much is bad enough.

I see... He really does sound like bad news.

The police force isn't really a force to be reckoned with, is there?

Either that or if they are actually doing anything about it, they are really good hiding it.

I haven't heard of the good things with the police here... [She thinks back to what they said about the police earlier.

I don't see anything good coming out of hiding things... Johto doesn't look like that type of environment.

I absolutely agree. I wonder how many others feel the same...

I wonder if there are any foreigners like us who has an expertise in law enforcement...

That would be useful... Actually I'm a bit surprised that there isn't more activity from the trainers regarding that...

Because people are selfish, isn't it? It's the natural trait.

Yes, but still... I have yet to see a place where everyone is selfish.
