21. It only happens once a year. [Video/Action for Goldenrod]

[The transmission opens to show Lion, sitting in the outskirts of Goldenrod. In the background we can see a Dragonite (wearing a red ribbon), a Salamence, a Milotic and an Altaria playing around (in varying degrees of "playing nice"), a Lucario is sitting to Lion's right, and a not-suspicious-at-all book on the left.

If the book moves, well that's totally normal. It's just a book. Yep.]

Today it marks two years since I arrived here.

If I look back, I don't think I could've imagined spending this long here, and even less all the things that I've seen and done, or the people I have met.

[There is a thoughtful pause, before Lion smiles once more.]

To celebrate, I have a small question for everyone. It's an easy one, I'm sure almost everyone must have an answer.

What makes you feel happy?

Small things or larger ones, it doesn't matter... Let's talk about the things we enjoy or love.

I'd say that your attitude regarding that also helps a bit. It makes your actions much more natural.

As long as the line between "natural" and "rude" is not crossed, I don't see why you would get scolded.

Admittedly I'm glad I don't have to deal with her point of view given my current relationship status, as she would be looming over me at any given chance... I dodged the bullet, in a sense.

Well, if my younger sister got into a relationship I'd probably be looming over her boyfriend too, even if as subtly as possible.

... It's very hard to imagine Maria in relationship that doesn't involve being the most fluffy and innocent thing in existence.

Maria is far too young for those things, that's for sure, so I don't think that would require much looming... But I was more focused towards my younger sister back home.

She's a bit rebellious, so I worry about the kind of person she could end up with.

Yeah... She really was too young for it, even after being here for so long. That kind of innocence is a thing you need to keep pure for as long as you can...
