Good afternoon everyone!

It has been a while since I last made a transmission, but the raising of pokémon can be quite time consuming when you have five children to look after.

[Oh, and talking about said children, there they are in the background. The Skarmory seems to be bragging about something to the Dratini (who is wearing a pretty pink ribbon in her neck)...]

I have been here for almost seven weeks now, and I have talked to many who want to go back and others who do not, or are not certain.

[And uh. Now Dratini is slapping Skarmory. With her tail. And somehow the Skarmory with all his awesome metal plating is being owned by her.

Charmander is of course on the side. Laughing the flame of his tail off.]

It's nothing but mere curiosity, but do you want to stay or do you want to leave?

I suppose it's only correct for me to start by saying that I am planning on staying in Johto for as long as I am able to. I find this place fascinating, and I wish to see as much of it as possible.

Of course. I'm still young, after all... Not to mention there are people out there stronger than me, who I should really try to catch up to...

Even fulfilling someone else's goals can be considered having a goal.

Ah? I'm not so sure about that... I might be able to help someone else with theirs, but I wouldn't dare achieve it for them entirely.

Of course, I did not mean it in that way.

I am sure you have plenty of goals, even if they may be simple, short term ones, or even related to other people.

Ah, yes... I suppose I do have a few of those... Though I definitely don't have any long-term ones or anything like that.

Goals are goals, they help us to move forward and to improve ourselves, so it's always important to have a clear sight of them...

I don't think that long-term goals are inherently superior to short-term ones.

Mm... Still, most of those are just based around Johto right now. I didn't have any at all aside from serving Ojou-sama to my fullest ability when I was back home.

That makes sense... A goal like that is the best trait one could wish for in a butler...

How old are you?

--hm? I'm sixte-- er... Well, I was sixteen when I arrived, but my birthday passed, so I'm technically seventeen... Though even now I'm still not sure if that counts.

Why do you ask?

Nothing in particular, I was just curious as that is quite an adult point of view.

--eh? I'm just trying to think realistically... It's not like I'm mature or anything...

I haven't seen many sixteen or seventeen year old people who can thing realistically. It is quite a rare trait, unfortunately.

--it is? That's a little... surprising... Though it's not like I have that mindset about everything.

I just have to remember most of my old classmates, they were terrible.
